Terms & conditions

1. Any person or entity who accesses this site is strictly bound by the following terms and conditions which form part of the contract between the user and Bella Bambini Nanny Connections (hereinafter referred to as "BB"). By proceeding past this point you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. There is no employment agreement, partnership, joint venture or any other agreement between BB and any of the nannies, parents or any other party using this site or having information contained on this site except as expressly provided for herein.

3. You pay BB to access the site and the information contained herein.

4. Payment must be made into the account nominated from time to time by BB and must be made by credit card. BB redirects your payment to a Westpac secure site for processing once this transaction is approved and complete.

5. There are no refunds available under any circumstances whatsoever.

6. You acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee that the use of this web site or the information contained herein will lead to employment or nanny placement.

7. BB has no control over and makes no guarantee whatsoever in relation to the standard or quality of care provided by the nannies. BB is not responsible in any way for the actions and conduct of the parents, carers, users or nannies with which you may make contact as a result of your use of this web site.

8. BB will not be involved in nor take responsibility for any disputes between any of the parents, users, carers and/or nannies. If you have a dispute with another site member you will need to personally negotiate the resolution of that dispute and seek independent legal advice.

9. BB is not responsible for and will not refund or pay any fees for babysitting or caregiving under any circumstances whatsoever.

10. Any access issue whatsoever including but not limited to any computer related problems including web site, access or ISL issues which cause the web site to crash or inhibit your access to the web site will not result in any refund or compensation being payable to you whatsoever.

11. BB does not warrant the accuracy, quality or completeness of the information contained in the web site. Any loss or damage, expense, costs or harm suffered by you or any third party as a result of the use of any information on this site is your responsibility and you agree that you access and use the web site and information contained therein at your own risk and release, discharge and forever indemnify BB for any loss or damage expense, costs or harm suffered by you or any third party.

12. You expressly release, discharge and forever indemnify BB in respect loss or damage suffered by you or any third person in relation to any of any of the following:-

  • false, fraudulent, inaccurate or misleading information or conduct contained herein or resulting howsoever from or in connection with your use of this site;

  • conduct which infringes the privacy or intellectual or other proprietary rights of another;

  • illegal conduct;

  • defamatory, libelous, threatening or intimidating conduct;

  • content that contains obscenities or contains illegal material;

  • any loss of access to the site whatsoever including but not limited to issues with the ISP, web hosting entities or other suppliers; and

  • any links to any other web sites contained herein.

13. BB will not tolerate any unacceptable, unauthorised, unsolicited, fraudulent or abusive behaviour on the web site. BB reserves the absolute right to discontinue membership and eject users at any time and for any reason at their sole discretion and no refund or compensation will be payable to you whatsoever, however we are not responsible for monitoring the content on the site and you use the site and the information contained therein at your own risk.

14. Any illegal activity can be reported to the police.

15. You agree:

  • not to copy, reproduce or use the information contained herein for any domestic, commercial or other use other than as expressly allowed and provided for in this agreement, namely the placement of a nanny in your own home without the express written consent of BB;

  • to keep the information confidential and not provide the information to any other person or entity for any reason whatsoever without the express written consent of BB;

  • not to use BB systems including the web site and/or the information contained therein to engage in illegal activity, abuse or intimidate others, send unsolicited or unauthorised messages, access the accounts of others or account information, access personal/confidential information, interfere with the server or network by denial of service attack, spamming or otherwise engage in conduct that causes a threatened or actual nuisance to other site members.

You further agree that any unauthorised copying, reproduction or use of the information contained in this site is a fundamental breach of the terms of this contract

16. and a breach which can not be remedied adequately by the payment of money or damages and you agree that, in those circumstances, an injunction is appropriate to stop any unauthorised copying, reproduction or use.

17. All copyright and intellectual property in the web site and all of the information, logos, trademarks and any other items contained therein are owned absolutely by BB and must not be used, copied or reproduced without the express written consent of BB.

You agree that the laws of Queensland apply to this agreement and agree to submit to and be bound by the laws of that jurisdication."
